Dry and very full-bodied. Delicious flavors of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry which hint towards sweetness.

Columbus salame secchi (found at Trader Joe’s), grilled beef, Cambozola cheese and definitely Trader Joe’s Cocoa Truffles.
